Hi Doug and Gary,  :)

I'm getting an urge of crackers and cheese.

I bought some unsalted organic sunflower seeds with no additives but they have 4 net carb grams per 1/4 cup (2 oz.). I can't find any seeds at my local stores that have lower net carbs.

Where did you find sunflower seeds that have only 1 net carb per 1/4 cup?
Can I get them online?

well I can defo say DONT leave the water out. This came out of the oven the same way it went in...Like wet sand.Only difference was it was warm.

If anyone makes Gary's crackers using flax just be sure to add enough water and let the seeds soak for a couple of hours before beginning the recipe. They get really gelatinous as they soak and it helps them stick together without added fats or oil.

CaliGirl ,thanks for that link I have been craving crackers I tried the sunflower seed ones (I dont really like s.seeds) and was not crazy about them . But soon as I seen that link you put up I went and cooked them and man on man they will hit the spot when i eat my salad or just want  CRUNCH . 
 I got about 27 crackers out of it I only put 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder & 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning which  I counted as 2 carbs
 so that makes them  almost 0 carbs am I correct . And they are good .  the only thing i did was after 15 min. I took them out and cut them into crackers the ones that were a little soft I put back in for 3-4 min. I wanted them a little brown rather then soft .

 I tried to load a pic but it said it was too large oh well trust me they look like wheat thins (little brown around the edges ) !!!!

I've never made that particular recipe - just pulled it up on the 'net (how'd we ever get along without the Internet ??) trying to find a quick recipe for Beebs for her leftover flax.

How do you think they would taste with spinach dip?

Would make good taco shells?

Yes they would be good with spinach dip . I dont know how you could make it be a taco shell ,but you could make it flat and put you filling on it it would be a tzco salad but flat . thanks for the idea . LOL
 I am gooing to have to practice the getting them all thin cause the thin ones or nice and crunchy the certain ones were a little thick still good but not a cracker type except on the edges .
 If you make them too thin they kinda burn got to get them perfect well almost perfect , I will for sure be making more I ate some for breakfast with a little cream cheese .

I made a taco shell from Gary's cheesy pizza crust thingy. I pulled it out of the frying pan and folded it in half. It was perfect!
