Question about these i came across these any thoughts on these

Total carbs 21 g
Fiber 17g

Ingredients protein blend ( whey protein isolate , milk protein isolate ) isomalto-olgiosaccharides,(prebiotic fiber) ,almonds,water,unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter , erythitol. Contains less than 2% of following sea salt, stevia, natural flavorings, sucralose

Interesting I wonder if it would cause us to stall or if we should just avoid them ....

Hi, Stephanie! :)

There is an old adage that tells us if someone will lie to us about one thing,
they will likely lie to us about anything.

Since their nutrition labels are under litigation for disclosing false fiber content,
I would be EXTREMELY suspicious about the true contents of their product, and avoid it.

That being said, assuming that their ingredients list is accurate,
there does not seem to be any "FTS no-nos"  in the bars.
However, if you eat them and find your progress effected, drop them like hot rocks.
