I made this last night and all I can say is ooooooohhhhhhhh mmmmmmyyyyyy Gooooodddddd!! HEAVEN! How easy as well! Super happy girl over here!

Sorry girls I got it off here somewhere but I will just repost it
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup
6~7 ice cubes
Dash of sweetner (I put few drops of zero)
Blend together and enjoy!

you dont have to cheat just count your carbs and eat lower carbs for the day ;D

I agree with you Stephanie, this is a lifestyle. Speaking personally, I have a fair amount of weight to shift, if I would restrict myself too much and not allow 'treats' so to speak, I probably would have chucked it in by now. I have decided on a lifestyle and I do have an occasional piece of fts cake or cookie or SF chocolate, because this is what I enjoyed before and still do now. It is not only the taste or 'mindset' of eating a treat, it is also the social aspect if you are with friends/family. If I had to give up cake totally - no matter what diet or eating plan - I wouldn't last a month let alone a lifetime.

Stephanie....this is one of my favorites!! I make this all the time. I also make it using strawberries too! Nothing like a yummy shake on a hot & humid day in Georgia! ;D
