Bitter Bummer Beanit Butter Batter :)

Last night our very own American Baker Idol Umpa made me a batch of her wonderful Beanit Butter Cookies...... Ahh.....so sweet :) Well, not so sweet, we were having coffee this morning and I popped one in my mouth. Out of no-where came this bitter flavor that I was unfamiliar with. After Umpa re-checked the recipe she discovered she had put in 2 tablespoons of baking soda instead of 2 teaspoons of baking powder!  :o :o :o 8)
