Well here you are Sherri, one pound away from your goal to lose 200 pounds.....only 1 pound away!  I'm so happy for you you'd think is was me standing on the scale this week  ::) ::)

I think everyone is extremely thrilled for SherriPie!!  I would love to hear her scream with excitement when she sees that last pound gone.  Maybe I will hear her, I'm sure it will be loud!!

You guys are AWESOME! I am really excited to be hitting my goal. I was looking at the ticker break down, where it shows all the dates you have put in the weight info you have lost... I love that long dropping curve. FTS has changed my life, I just can't believe I'm already at my goal. When I started it just seemed like an unobtainable goal, something I had started so many times hoping magically it would work out. With FTS it has been so easy, it almost feels like I did nothing but eat normally and more than I used to. It's amazing how just changing up a few things that I eat, changed my whole life.


Thanks Doug & Umpa for this wonderful new lifestyle and giving me my life back. :)


And for all my wonderful friends on the forums, thank you for always being there for me. I could not have done it without you. Your wit and insights made this past 15 months fly by!


Can you believe it....15 months and 199.8 pounds. Crazy right??
