It's going to be 2 meal day for me today. I woke up, not hungry and it's already noon so I see myself eating the following;
Lunch- Caprise salad- 3 net carbs
extra virgin olive oil
sliced tomato
basil
fresh mozzarella
Dinner- Beef & Jicama- 3 net carbs
BBQ beef ribs
Jicama potato salad
Snack- small piece of Beanit butter and Jelly cake- 1 1/2 net carbs
