Even though I haven't been actively posting on the FTS forum, I have stayed true to the FTS lifestyle. I have found that I do better when I post what I eat, accountability is important, apparently.
So here goes:
12/21/15
Breakfast:
2 egg (1.2 carbs) omelet with Benecol (0 carbs) & cheddar cheese (0 carbs)
Coffee w/FTS Zero and Heavy Cream (0 carbs)
Lunch:
Leftover turkey burger (0 carbs) w/cheddar cheese (0 carbs), low sugar ketchup (.5 carbs) & mustard (0 carbs)
Leftover sauteed swiss chard (2 carbs)
Dinner:
Mushroom/Kale soup (5.5 carbs)
Parmesan chicken strips (0 carbs)
Low Carb fudge (1 carb)
Decaf. (0 carbs)
Total carbs for the day: 10.2
Water (so far): 64 oz.
Sleep (last night): 6 hours
Exercise: 20 min. on recumbent bike

small romaine salad (.5 carbs)
Decaf. (0 carbs)
Snack:

leftover mushroom/kale soup (1/2 bowl) 3 carbs
grilled cheddar on flax bread (.6 carbs)
Dinner:
Didn't eat dinner because lunch was big, late and I wasn't hungry
Decaf. (0 carbs)
Snack:
Spanish (http://www.shop.fattoskinny.com/product.sc?productId=9&categoryId=1) red-skinned peanuts, 2 oz. (2 carbs)
ginger snap cookies - 3 (.6 carbs)
Total carbs for the day: 7.4
Water: 64 oz.

oven french toast w/flax bread (3 carbs)
Coffee w/FTS Zero and Heavy Cream (0 carbs)
Lunch:
Turkey dogs - 3 (3 carb) The meat I planned was a complete fail, oh well...
Sauteed swiss chard (2 carbs)
Dinner:
Mushroom/kale soup - 1/2 bowl (3 carbs)
ginger snap cookies - 4 (.8 carbs)
Decaf. (0 carbs)
Snack:
Spanish (http://www.shop.fattoskinny.com/product.sc?productId=9&categoryId=1) red-skinned peanuts, 1/2 oz. (.5 carbs)
Total carbs for the day: 12.3
Water: 64 oz.
Sleep (last night): 7 hours
Exercise: 20 min. on recumbent bike

Breakfast:
leftover oven french toast (3 carbs)
Coffee w/FTS Zero and Heavy Cream (0 carbs)
Lunch:
large romaine salad (2 carbs), w/sunflower seeds (2 carbs), Parmesan cheese (0), grilled fish (0 carbs), olive oil and balsamic vinegar (0 carbs)
Dinner:
chicken/veggie soup (3 carbs)
decaf. (0 carbs)
Snack:
ginger snap cookies - 2 (.4 carbs)
Total carbs for the day: 10.4
Water: 64 oz.
Sleep (last night): 8 hours
Exercise: 40 min. on recumbent bike

Love to have your recipe for mushroom kale soup MommaB :)

The mushroom/kale soup recipe, I got from the forum and tweeked it:
Scallions (1 bunch, chopped, greens only) 1.5 carbs
Celery (1 rib) 1.2 carbs
Garlic Gloves (I put in 4) 4 carbs
Chicken broth (4 cups) 4 carbs
Water (4 cups)
Place in a spice bag: 1 cinnamon stick and 1 star anise - let it cook in pot for about 10 minutes then remove).... these two spices give it a nice warm flavor/feel.
At the end of cooking cycle, add:
Kale (5 cups, packed, chopped) 27 carbs
Mushrooms (4 – 8oz pkg, sliced) 12 carbs
Continue to Cook down probably another 15 minutes.
Let sit to cool down somewhat and then blend it down
Carbs in whole recipe – 49.7
Makes 8 large servings for 6.2 carbs each serving
