Bite size pieces of chicken (3 breasts) 0 cabs
Pkg. Bacon  cut pieces in half 0 carbs
Sliced jalapeno peppers (Optional )
Chili powder /salt/pepper
Preheat oven to 350 cook for 45-60 min. (you can pour some of the grease out half way through cooking )

Cut breast into bite size pieces but a pepper on the chicken wrap with bacon stick a toothpick to hold . Place in 9x13 pan . Don't over cook, chicken will be dry . If you use turkey bacon it will also turn out very dry .
When ready you can melt cheese on them if you would like . They are very good and would be  0 carbs ,the peppers I used had 1 carb for 7 peppers so 7 chicken wraps -1 carb

For some reason, it seems to me that cream cheese could be involved in this process, too! : )

I'll have to remember this for a substitute for jalapeno poppers.  This actually sounds better.  Thanks Jo!

While I was visiting family in South Florida, we ate dinner one night at a restaurant right on the inlet near the beach, called Mangrove Mattie's. I ordered bacon wrapped scallops. They were delicious!!!!,
