Cabbage & Sour Cream

This is good.  You can add browned ground beef if you want to turn it into a main dish.

Cabbage & Sour Cream

1/2 head cabbage, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/3 cup sour cream

In a non-stick skillet, sauté the cabbage in the butter until tender and lightly browned.  Remove from heat.  Stir in the bouillon, then the sour cream.
