The garden is being really plentiful so I am eating alot of vegetables.
Breakfast: 2 cups of creamed squash (6 carbs)
Lunch: Chicken Salad in a Joseph's pita (5 carbs)
Dinner: Shredded Zucchini cooked with parmesan cheese 1 and a half cups (4.5 carbs)

Awesome about the garden! We're just trying to get ours going. We've had a long, hard winter and spring hasn't been much better.

Breakfast: 1 oz. of Cocoa Roast Almonds (3 carbs)
Lunch: Turkey Bacon and Tomato and Mayo in a Joseph's pita (7 carbs)
Dinner: 2 cups of creamed squash and 15 turkey pepperoni (6 carbs)
Snack: 1 Russell Stovers peppermint patty
I drink lots of water and worked out for 1 hour and 30 min.

Breakfast: 1 cup of cucumbers in a mayo,vinegar and stevia dressing (3 carbs)
1 half cup of peanuts in shell (4 carbs)
Lunch: OMM with Canadian bacon,a fried egg and cheese (5 carbs)
Dinner: Kippered Fish Snack and a small serving of pork rinds (0 carbs)
1 cup of decaf coffee (0 carbs)
I drink plenty of water.
