Buttered Caulimash
Servings- 8- 1/2 cup servings

Ingredients
5 cups cauliflower florets (15 net carbs)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon salted butter
1 teaspoon salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional paprika and additional butter for the top.
Directions
1. Steam the cauliflower above water in a steamer pot until it becomes fork tender but not mushy.
2. Place the hot cauliflower into a food processor with a chopping blade.
3. Add the butter, salt and mayonnaise then process until smooth.
4. Scoop into a serving bowl and top with additional melted butter and sprinkle paprika if desired.
TIP- leftover caulimash will stay fresh in your fridge for 4-5 days.

This is so good!... I will usually eat a full cup as a side dish. ;)

That is the only way the hubs likes to eat these now Haha I always make extra caulimash so that I can throw some just plain in the freezer in individual servings for later use. Yummy! ;D
