Stephanie you rock. You should just know that. I love that you are doing the track everyday, I am so envious! If I could walk like that I would do it to. Plus your whole family taking on the FTS lifestyle is so inspirational to so many. Yup, you rock!  ;D ;D

Awwww.....shucks you guys!!!(although I have to admit, I took this morning off!!! My body was still hurtin from yesterday!!)My husband calculated it this morning when he took the car, this time, we walked three miles from the track six laps, and the walk home!! One word!! Ouch!! But, I will go tomorrow!!!
