we made this tonite for a topping .31 carbs per 2 tbs serving compared to 1 carb with the aerosol stuff:)
1 cup of well chilled heavy cream - 0 carbs
1/4 box sugar free vanilla jello pudding - 5 carbs
mix both with mixer until it becomes stiff like coolwhip:)
yields 16 - 2 tbs servings 5/16=.31 carbs per serving.... and this taste MUCH better:)

we put it on these "crackers" same recipe as the last ones... but sub 1/4 tsp of Cinnamon for the Parmesan cheese>> and sub 1/4 of torani sugarfree chocolate syrup for 1/4 of water>> i got the dough to spread thinner and got more crackers:)
the crackers are .16 carbs per cracker
topped with whipped cream .31 carbs= .47 carbs per serving:)

Those look gary I think you may have found your calling . I cant find low car sunflower seeds , the one I found was 3 per 1/4 cup that is too much . I am gonna try the dollar store & dollar general today .

What brand of sunflowers did you use?

just plain ole kroger brand>>> 5 carbs minus 4 fiber = 1 carb per 1/4 cup:)
