hI, I have a question. I understand Flax seeds and chia seeds, are healthy.
Do you guys recommend using them on the FTS plan?

They are both wonderful Jetfan :) If you do a search from the home page you can find all the conversations we have had on them as well as recipes on the whole forum. Searching while you are already in a thread will only search that one thread. Flax meal is a wonderful replacement for flour. I especially love the golden flax meal. It has a milder flavor :)
