Awww thank you to you all!
Was payday, ran around. Got a TFall 5 qt fry pan with glass lid for only $19.99. I really needed it. All my pans are too small. I bought Mahi Maui at the grocery store. About 6 oz, pkg was only $1.50. Cooked it in butter & garlic, sauteed broccoli cuts in butter in another pan. Cut the Mahi Mahi in pieces, mixed in some parmesan and added to the broccoli. Was a delicious lunch!
