Title: Shake that can be made in a shaker cup

I just placed a pretty large Netrition order and was prompted to choose a free gift, so I got a shaker! When I received my order today I was happy to see that it was a shaker cup! Now I need help coming up with shake recipes that are yummy, filling, and don't need a blender!!

Any and all ideas would be awesome!!!  ;D

I'm not a big shake guy but Walden Farms Caramel or Chocolate sauce and unsweetened almond milk would make a good shake, just watch the shake size, can get out of hand pretty quickly.  ;)

You are gonna have fun playing! Soy protein is a good base as well as almond or coconut milk.Not all are the same so read labels.I like seltzer water too with flavored syrups and a little cream. ;)

I'm looking forward to playing! I've looked for soy protein powder with 0 carbs, but can't find it! Any ideas where to look!?! I've looked at Wal-mart on the aisle w/the Atkins bars, etc. I've looked and looked at Ingles...I'm probably just missing it, but I don't want to spend carbs on that!!! :-)

Did you check Food Lion or health food stores? My Big Lots carry Bobs Red Mill, they may have it  ;)

Thanks Umpa! I haven't checked Big Lots, but will look!

Yesterday I put 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup heavy cream and a tablespoon of Walden Farms chocolate syrup and shook it for a minute or two!!! Yum, Yum, Yummy!!! It was creamy and delicious and not too chocolatey!!!  ;D

I love the flavored syrups,I use them everyday ;) I broke out the snowcone flavors yesterday,time for snowcones and popscicles!

It has been hot!! As long as I don't go into town its cool.We don't have a air conditioner because we are at 3500 ft.We have had a few hot days that I have had to get in the creek! Hot flashes don't help either! :D

It finally cooled off but it is gonna rain everyday this week! :) I wonder if I am too old to play in the rain :D :D

Today I used 1c. unsweetened almond milk, a splash of heavy cream, 1T. Walden Farms chocolate syrup, 1T beanut butter Shook it for a few minutes, delish!!! Yummy! ;D
