Lost in space????

Hello all !    I have no idea when or what happened but I have been off track big time.  I was doing so well the first week or so and then it all went to Hell in a handbasket.  That said, I decided today to get back with the program.  I got my trusty book out and I am going to listen the the motivational cd.  I did get my FTS drops and they are great.  I didn't gain back what I had lost in the beginning so that is good. I have many lbs. to go to look okay in a swimsuit though  :( .  I  will be good from now on though.

Welcome back and good for you for recommiting and congrats on not regaining what you've already lost.

Welcome back!  I have been on the FTS lifestyle for a little over 1 year now.  I listened to the CD again this morning on my drive to work!   ;)
