Title: joining the fun!!!

Hello new family...how I came to be part of this amazing journey is a story in itself. I'm so glad to be here and hope I can be a help and inspiration to the team. Right now, 5 days in, this seems tooo simple and uncomplicated.  I'm sure there will be mountains to climb and valleys to navigate. I'm ready, having been seduced by my own detours all my life before now. Here is to a great week for all of us. :)

Glad to see you've joined the fun finally  ;)  This journey will indeed be fun! It's fun to throw or give away your FAT clothes, it's fun to eat great food, it's fun to make new friends and it's fun to shock the heck out of old friends and family with the new skinny you!  ::)

Ok Finally i want the story! :D How did you get here?? And welcome to the forum i am umpa,dougs wife if I can help you please.I have a column on the homepage called ask umpa where I can help you convert your favorite recipes to Fat to Skinny friendly.Okay so whats the story???? ;D

Welcome Finally. I love your forum name, I think it really fits how we all feel when we FINALLY find FTS. It's like we have the secret to being thin for our whole lives FINALLY! :)

Congrats on your first 7 pounds, we all know there will be more coming off soon.

This lifestyle is very simple. That's one of the reasons why it is so effective.

You will enjoy the company you'll keep at this forum.
We are all here to help one another reach our goals.

Most all of us, at some point, have shared his/her "story". Something like Doug did in his book.
Doing this helps the rest of us not only know you better, but help you better as well!
