Here is what I found as an explanation on the low carb grocery website.
I'd rather wait to hear from Doug or Umpa as we have been told to look at the label, take the total carbs, less any fiber count and less any sugar alcohols (not sugar).  The label says 41 - 5 which to me is then 36g per serve, however the explanation says you also subtract the protected carbs?

Doug, please explain for us!

Ya I tried them for my sons birthday in January. Although I didn't gain any weight with it, I didn't loose any for three days after. So try at your own risk!

Yep!... This is a sure sign that they are poison for us with insulin resistance problems... Which is just about everyone here!... It's why we're FAT!

We must be on the lookout for deceptive nutrition labels regarding carbs.
The best way to do that is to read the ingredient list. They must be truthful there according to the FDA.

Remember... Buyer beware!!!

We have some of this, but haven't tried it yet. I know there is a book out (maybe The Carb Lovers book) that talks about carbs the same way Dreamfield's breaks down their nutrition facts. Maybe it's the new fad.  ::)

Interesting about not losing weight after eating it. I was going to be super strict about the portion size when I tried it. Now I'm scared. LOL!

If we eat any item that is high in carbs (sugar), we are risking stopping weight loss (http://www.fattoskinny.com/) and being stuck on a plateau that can last 2 weeks or more!!! :o :o :o This has happened to a number of us here!

We must always be "carb vigilant" and careful.

nitason1 tll your sister my sister got a call from the doctor saying her sugar was a little on the high side that she had the " beginnings " of diabetes well I think you either have it or not . So we checked her and it was like 150 waking up . She started FTS and within 3 weeks her BS was normal again and still is unless she eats something not FTS . and she feels like crap !

It's our job to change that!!!  :)
