Kimchi Mandu - sooo excited to try this!
« on: February 04, 2012, 03:05:52 PM »
Hi Umpa!
I JUST found this recipe and it looks SO YUMMY! Our youngest child is Korean and we try to cook Korean food as often as possible. We all love it and we really want him to grow up feeling familiar with Korean food and culture. Mandu is traditionally wrapped in little rice flour sheets but in this recipe they don't use them...which means it should be pretty low carb overall. What do you think??!

Hi Alicia! :)

This recipe is FTS-friendly! ;D
It's the Korean twist on stuffed cabbage leaves... I'm going to try it when I have the ingredients.

Just be sure to add up the carbs of each ingredient, then divide that by the size of each serving. ;)
