Hi Umpa!
Came across this recipe today and thought it looked amazing....and maybe something that could be converted easily? What do you think?

This one's easy, Alicia! :)

Simply use xylitol in place of the sugar (about 1/3 cup as it's twice as sweet as sugar).
And erythritol (another sugar alcohol) for the confectioner's sugar (same amount as regular sugar).

In place of the erythritol, you could put xylitol in a food processor and pulse it until it gets powdery.
Just cut the amount in half.

The other ingredients are FTS-friendly in moderation.

This dish will have a lot of sugar alcohols in it.
If your loss stalls the next day, you'll know why.
So go light on the portion sizes and eat it only occasionally.
What you do today is what matters!
