This is a great tip and works to make it so easy!! ;) A lot less mess too ;D

Love It! Great Tip! :) I'm going to get one of those mason jar topper thingies too!

Thanks, Shawn! :) :) :)
As soon as you cut cauliflower, it wants to go everywhere!.. Even worse when grating it!
This tip will minimize cauliflower "shards" all over the counter, floor, etc..

I came on to post this idea when I saw it on Facebook but Romarc beat me to it! LOL I love that it doesn't make as much of a mess. I sooo know what you are talking about Tony ;)
Thanks Romarc for sharing :D

She has a BIG blender :o I'll give it a shot in my regular size blender and report back 8) Cool tip Romac

Very cool Romarc :)

Was wondering if this would really work in a normal "blender"... Her "blender" looks like a Vitamix!!
Am hoping my food processor will do the job! Let me know if a blender works!!
-
I don't see why a regular blender wouldn't work....it just may take a little longer because it's not as strong, its the liquid that keeps the cauliflower moving. I use my Ninja and it works perfectly :)
-
We use a food processor too romarc but the water is a good idea ;)
-
Glad to know that, I'll use my Ninja too!

WOW, I just came across this - what a great idea with the wate. I have to admit, though, that this a a mighty big blender. I have a blender but it is packed away - I'll have to try with my food processer. Thanks so much.... love it.
