Title: Protein Bars

I did find a bar at WalMart last night that is very delish!!!  Power Crunch Protein Energy Bar.  It has 9 carbs and 1 fiber but I cut and ate only half so that would be 4 net carbs right???  I had salted caramel.  It was wonderful!!!
