Low Carb Mozzarella lollipops

Are these adorable or what!

Low Carb Mozzarella lollipops



Ingredients

Large Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Mozzarella balls
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh chopped parsley
Fresh chopped garlic
Salt and pepper
Sticks (bamboo skewers cut in half work well)

Directions

1- Cut the tomatoes in half and core
2- Place a ball into the tomato half and place on stick
3- Mix the garlic, parsley and salt and place in a dipping bowl
4- Dip the pop's in oil then in the spice bowl

You could do the same with small peppers and cream cheese.
