BBQ Pizza
« on: April 06, 2011, 10:34:51 AM »
I made a really cool personal pizza last night.

One La Tortilla Factor (small) tortilla (3)
Grilled Chicken Strips (2 or 3 cut up) (1)
Walden Farms BBQ Sauce (0)
and one mozzerella cheese stick (grated) (1)

I put it in the toater oven for a few minutes and it was so yummy.

Thought I'd share! ;D

I love BBQ pizza! I do the same thing with the Waldens bbq sauce and it's yummy.

I'll have to remember this one, Theresa.  :)

We make BBQ pizza quite often, but we use CarbQuick. We add jalapenos to ours and that makes it even more spicy. I always forget about making them on tortillas, so I'll remember that next time I'm craving it and don't want to make a whole pizza.

Katary also has a great pizza crust recipe...just using cheese.  He has a post somewhere about it. Im going to try that one too, instead of the Tortilla.

I made BBQ chicken wings with the Walden Farms BBQ sauce too.  I think I found my new addiction  :o

I've been eating Walden Farms stuff way longer than I've been doing FTS. I love it. I just recently ordered the orange marmalade and apple butter online because I couldn't find it locally.

Have you tried the peanut butter spread? Curious how that is ...
