I think I sweated off 5lbs today at my son's baseball tournament!  Thermometer measured 103 at 3:00 p.m.!

It's been seriously NICE here lately. I feel bad for my friends living in places with triple digits. I did, however, grow up in an area where 115 was a common temp in the summer. And that wasn't the heat INDEX, but the actual temp. Nope ... don't miss it at all! I was actually chilled yesterday because we had a bit of a cloud cover. Didn't want to say anything because people are so miserable. This weekend is supposed to be absolutely gorgeous -- in the 80s. :)

I hope you all get a break soon! Drink lots and lots of water!!

We are at 4000 feet here in North Carolina so its been nice,but drive down the hill and it is miserable  :)

It was like 94 in Asheville yesterday which is unheard of.We got up to 80.I refuse to go into town, 8)
