Title: black soya beans

I'm not sure if this is the right section to ask - but (never having used these before) for future reference - do you rinse the beans (canned) before adding to recipe?  I made chilli and used these.  I rinsed them like I usually do any canned bean, but then wondered if perhaps you through the whole lot in.

I strain them.I put them in with my raw ground beef so they have time to soften up ;)
