Title: Pepper Steak

2 lb. round steak (more or less)
garlic powder
4 tablespoons butter
1 green pepper, cut in strips
onion, cut in strips (optional)
1 can tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 drops FTS ZERO
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Cut the meat in thin strips 2" long.  Sprinkle with garlic powder, brown in the butter.  Add onion, green pepper and tomatoes.  Cover and simmer 45 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients.  Add this to the pan and cook and stir until slightly thickened.

Can serve over faux mashed potatoes or faux rice, if desired.
