Title: Doubling a recipe
Post by: jess on November 04, 2011, 09:08:18 AM
Hey you Guys!
I'm heading to a breakfast party this weekend and want to take the sausage quiche that I saw the recipe for under the breakfast items.  I've made a zillion times at home, but wonder if I double the recipe will the cooking time vary much?  I thought about just putting it into two containers instead of one big one.
Any ideas? Thank you!  ;D

Unless you are going to add spinach I would use 2 pans.Quiche tends to dry out if you cook it too long Jess.I also like to use a mini muffin pan for quiche and make quiche poppers ;)
