More good news re: Doug's eyes.  He went to the regular eye doctor and she said his vision is 4x better than it was the last time she saw him. He was able to get a prescription for his glasses and she said he should have NO problem passing the eye exam to get his driver's license. We are ecstatic.  He called me at work today and said he is taking the day off of work tomorrow to work in the yard. That might not sound so amazing but a couple of short months ago all he wanted to do was sleep and watch tv.  The transformation in him has been really incredible to see. I feel like I have my husband back, the one that used to make me laugh all the time and was so much fun to be around.   ;D ;D ;D
