Title: Took GG Crispbread to a whole new level....
Post by: Elizabeth779 on May 11, 2012, 03:33:18 AM
Okay, I'm up late at night, I'm doing stuff, and I'm wanting to eat some fiber -- ate a cup of brocolli, then went to eat a cripsbread, when I just wish it had a little flavor -- now I know that there are the usual LC things I can put on a crispbread....but I was thinking something sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet......

so at this point please find a seat and sit down.

I put less than 1 Tablespoon of the sugar free choco syrup on my GG crispbread -- yeah I did....and I'm here to report -- it wsn't that bad.....nothing I'd ever serve to company.....but it had certain redeeming qualities....

I think I could even put 1-2 teaspoons on and still get that choco flavor -- overall, not a half bad way to get some crunch and choco too.....

now tell me, I know by now you'all have probably heard most everything.....

has anyone owned up to this yet tough?

inquiring minds wanna know

I don't remember seeing this suggestion before so thanks for the suggestion.

Elizabeth, I love the quote at the bottom of your ticker.

A friend of ours makes smores with GG using Walden Farms marshmallow fluff and sugar free chocolate. My favorite is what I'm eating right now as I type, GG with FAT TO SKINNY Banana Butter and a teaspoon of any of the Fifty50 fruit spreads.............YUM, YUM, double YUM. Yeah I know I'm a big tease because you can't get our new Banana Butter yet...soon, in the meantime just some fruit spread on top or coupled with the I. M. healthy unsweetend soy butter sweetened with FAT TO SKINNY Zero will do the trick. (1 drop per 2 tablespoons of soy butter)  ;)

yes -- big bad tease -- I'm a banana person too.....my godmother is the banana police because they are so high in fruit sugar -- she will call "have you had any bananas today????"

Anyway, I digress.  I have the natural peanut butter and am going to sweeten it a little with FTs ZERO -- I was raised on JIF, and just need something a little sweeter.  Then I'm going to drizzle a little choco syrup on top of that.

I'm going to get and try that fluff stuff too -- sounds yum.......so, wondering if I will like this banana butter or not....when did you say that will be available to us "little folk"?  heh heh

We're manufacturing 100 pounds in the next 2 weeks for grocery store samples. The reps will meet with the buyers and we'll soon see :) My guess is Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Kroger and Winn Dixie will be the first stores to pick up the product...I'll keep you posted.
