Alex can you post a link please?  If there was one I think I missed it... LOL  How did you fix it when you tried it?  Would love to find something that the Hubs would like... ;)

Hi Toosweet,

it wasnt really a link.. I had bought the miracle rice and Umpa told me she liked the Orzo better. I bought the Orzo and I have to tell you that it is by far the BEST!!!   I like the miracle rice a lot but I absolutely LOVE the Orzo..

I made mine with pieces of crab, a little olive oil, salt and pepper.. oh yeah, a TSP of reduced sugar ketchup.. I have a weird taste so forgive me.. I made my hubby's with onion, garlic, pieces of crab and olive oil... I sauteed it for a good 10 minutes..  he loved it.. I served it with a side of avocado... (I boiled the orzo for a min after rinsing it)

I think Shawn wanted to know where to get it online.

Here's Miracle Noodle's page.
The Orzo (i.e. Orzo Shirataki) is about halfway down the page.

I haven't tried this yet. But it's definitely on my list. :)

Thank you both...LOL  I will for sure put it on my list as well.  It really sounds good  ;)  I made a oriental stir fry and had some cauli rice on the side made like a fried rice.  It was really good and when my son came by he never said a word.  I'm not sure if he noticed if it wasn't real rice or not.  He ate all the leftovers...LOL  Hubs knew though.... he always gets in his head before hand that he isn't going to care for something.  I like it better when I can cook before he gets home  ;) ;)

Hi Shawn! :)

So what do you say to him?... Something like; "Guess what you just ate?". ;D
I hope you tell him... Before you know it, he will love low carb as much as we do! ;)

LOL  He always asks before hand...  I was for a while asking him if he wanted to eat what I was having or should I fix something else for him.  For instance if I were making grilled chicken I would make a nice small salad or maybe broccoli and nothing else for me.  I might would make a baked potato for him.  I kinda stopped doing that and he hasn't complained yet.  LOL  I think he likes it more than he lets on  ;) ;)  It's hard for him to argue the health benefits I have found with this lifestyle change.... ;D ;D

Keep on keeping on, Shawn! :) :) :)

Like my mom used to tell me when I ever objected to what she prepared...
"This is NOT a restaurant!... If you don't like what I've prepared, you can go eat somewhere else!".

It's too bad she did not know about the benefits of eating low carb.
If she did, I would probably not have gotten so FAT!!! :o

How true Mouseissue.  Growing up my dad demanded his meals have meat, potatoes, a veggie and always bread.  My mom was a great cook (she has since retired her kitchen LOL).  Food was a major factor growing up.  I was always a "pudgy" kid and it followed me.
Look out Hawaii, I'm on my way!!
