Greetings everyone. My son like sweet and sour chicken, is there a low/no sugar recipe for the "sweet" part of the the meal? Thanks!

I bought the new expanded version of the book. I just finished my first week and lost a little over 5 lbs. 
I have about 45 lbs to lose. Besides my health, my motivation is related to my job which has a weight requirement. I am new to the forum and look foward to reading other successes and challenges as well as enjoying some new recipies.
