Me & tyler made a practice Ice cream Birthday cake for me tommorrow . It turned out well so I will make him one for his birthday in Sept .
I use to make them all the time when I worked at Baskin Robbins so I said If I can make one there I can make one with my brownie recipe and Carb smart Ice cream .
I think It turned out pretty nice looking . The whole cake is 45 carbs .
It is layer of cake ,ice cream cake ,then iced with ice cream .
We love FTS!!

It was very good this was a trial run for Tylers Birthday cake . I got 12 slices (small) at 4 carbs per . Not to bad !

Good Morning my friend! :) We just bought a webcam and we are doing our first webchat with grandson tonight.I am so excited.He is our only grandbaby and he lives 8 hours away. :) i see him every three months and always have him for his birthday!How old are your grandaughters? This was the cake I did last year,all low carb.This year its Go Deigo Go!I want a pinata!I havent got parental approval yet for the pinata.Its the whole beating things with a stick! :D

I am very blessed to have all of my daughters in the Denver area. Two of them have children, all girls. One family has an 8 year old and a 6 year old (born exactly 2 years apart, same birthday) and the other has a 17 month old with baby # 2 due in October. We won't know the gender of the latest addition until the baby is born so the excitement comes from wondering if we'll break a 40-year long streak of only girls being born into my family. We joke that we have to marry to get males into the clan.

How nice! Women run in my family too on both sides! Its fun playing with a boy,they have cooler toys!!Congrats on the new grandbaby!! ;D
