« on: February 05, 2011, 10:39:30 PM »
I'm very excited, I finally got the book today at Barnes and noble. Next I want to get the cook books.
I will probably finish it by tomorrow.

I finished the book and now have a clearer understanding.  I realized a few things that I've been doing wrong so will be changing some things.  I'm sure I will be losing more weight soon.
Thanks, Darla

The book does make it simple and easy to understand. I'm so excited to fix the things I've been doing wrong and I'm sure I will lose more weight.  One thing I thought agave was o.k.  I went and looked at the carbs, it's not o.k.  I thought I was staying away from sugar, but agave has lots of carbs. I'm learning to read labels now.  Anyway am very thankful for the book. I am going to get the cook  books next.
Thanks, Darla

FTS is very simple to understand.

The basic idea... Net carbs = SUGAR in the blood = FAT on the bod.
So know WHAT you're eating BEFORE you eat it!
What you do today is what matters!
