Made this for the family tonight.  Used Alfredo sauce rather than Cream of Mushroom soup.  The verdict:  YUM.

True Umpa.  I could make this for them because none of the ingredients contain artificial sweetener.  That is the problem.  I won't give the kids anything that contains artificial sweeteners, so I still end up making separate meals for them.  It's ok though.  I am finding more and more dishes like this, that contain non of that stuff.  They also  love chicken breaded with ground up pork rinds.

I give my grandson Zero. His parents agree that it is safer than real sugar.But everybody has to make up their own minds my friend  ;)
