I'm asked all the time about eating out and for me it's always easy. Friday Umpa and I went to Disney World with our grandson Everest. It was his first time and he had a ball :) When it came time for food the menu's inside the park were very varied from place to place....but.... I found one with 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken with green beans for $9.95. The meal was delicious, filling and VERY low carb :)

Gosh those are cute pictures. You know I eat out all the time and I agree..it's easy and fun...and you don't have to cook it.  ;D ;D

Unfortunately, the budget does not allow for much eating out... however, it has been much easier than I would have imagined the few times I have.

That is really great that you got to have that cool first with your grandson.
But honestly, I'd pay good money for them to keep the green beans for the goats! I can't stand them! Ate about a ton too many I guess.

Wellllllllllllllll.......been ok ::) ::) ::)  Unfortunately have gained back 12 pounds from sheer cheating >:(  And let me tell ya, when you get rid of your fat clothes and only have skinny clothes, your skinny jeans in particular won't fit anymore when you gain 12 pounds.  I've lost 3 of them over the last 3 days and am looking forward to losing the rest and more!!!!!!!!

Eliruthy! HiYa! Welcome back!! I think it was called the Starlight Cafe. We had 2  three year olds with us so at times its a blur! :D We can help you with that 12 pounds ;)

Hi Eliruthy, I'm pretty new to the forum - good luck with the 12 pounds and getting back into your skinny jeans.  You can do it on this method of eating.  It's a crazy good system Doug has.  I kept my size 12 and now 10 jeans as I am now in an 8.  I don't know what to do with the larger jeans except to keep them and once I'm down to the desired weight, I can take pictures of them next to me like Doug's photo on the book LOL!  It's a great photo by the way Doug!

It is! My favorite was when 2 girls that were interviewing doug on tv got into them together! :D
