I'm sure I read the answer somewhere but can't find it now. When cooking with alcohol (mainly wine) what happens with the carbs? Do we just include the carb count in the overall recipe or is there an adjustment when cooking?

The alcohol burns off.Its not enough carbs to worry about ;) I love cooking sherry and marsala.

That brings back memories many moons ago watching Graham Kerr's cooking show.
He followed the "sip while cooking" agenda.
By the time his dish was ready for serving, he'd be totally snockered! :P ::) :P
