Sherripie is the sweetest woman you will ever meet.In the end she lost 230 pounds with Fat to Skinny.Then she put her husband and son on the plan and skinnied them up ;)

You're so sweet Umpa. Yes I put my Husband and Son on the plan. Both lost over 50 pounds each, they are now maintaining. It is so not fair how Men can maintain! So jealous! Anyway, we eat out at least four times a week and we have no problems at all. I just have to ask how things are prepared and look for hidden carbs. It has really been easy, even my 13 year old can do it now. FTS is a blessing!
