I just used some popsicle molds and blended one bag of frozen blackberries with 1/4 cup heavy cream and enough sweetener to my taste. Put them in the freezer to firm them up for later. Looking forward to tasting them!

I could not get these out of the molds. The sticks just pulled right out. I am going to make some popsicles with Diet Sunkist today, inspired by the photo of Everest eating a popsicle

This can also go into a bowl in the freezer Paula.But Like you I love popscicles made out of diet soda,especially when its hot!!
