That is soooooooooooooo awesome Doug!  I will have to go get the mat to make this but it looks pretty simple.  Thanks...I've been missing my sushi so much! ;)

I want sushi but I would just end up poisoning myself...sigh. Dont say it umpa. My mum wont have ANYTHING to do with raw fish.

Or use pan seered tuna, ceviche, grilled shrimp, cucumber, avocado, and other things.

Caligirl is right beebs, it doesn't have to be raw fish. I am gonna make these next with dougs ginger rice(recipe is on forum) and shrimp. ;)

I've made this twice using cooked frozen shrimp & a variety of vegetables. I had to cut back on the cayenne. I had never made sushi before, but the video gave me the confidence to try, and I did it ::)!!! My son liked it and he has been hesitant to try some of the 'weird' stuff I've been making.
