It's summertime here in the Florida Keys with temps exceeding 85 degrees and the "feels like" temp at 95 and that mean FAT TO SKINNY Lemonade!
This simple recipe will quench our thirst and fill you with H2O and Vitamin C
Take a 16 ounce glass and fill it with ice, drop in 3-5 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener (depending on how sweet you want) now pour in a tablespoon of REAL brand or Goya brand bottled Lemon juice and fill with water...stir and YUMMM!

Looks good ;) ;)

That sounds very refreshing and so simple! :) :) :)
One thing about lemon or lime juice... it's VERY acidic!
If anyone has dental issues (like sensitive teeth), it would be a good idea to drink this with a straw.

Can it be any lemon juice (or even fresh)? We don't have Real Brand or Goya. How many carbs in lemon juice?

Hi, Morgan! :)
Pure lemon juice (squeezed from fresh lemons) has about 2 net grams per ounce.
Or about 0.67 grams per TBSP.
However, as the case with ALL packaged foods, check the labels.
Some will have "additives" that have carbs.
