It's now 10 days after you made that promise to yourself that this will be your year to lose weight (http://www.fattoskinny.com/). Unfortunately according to Forbes magazine only 8% of people achieve their goals and statistics show a whopping 80% drop out within 2 weeks of setting their goals.
Believe me, I know how hard it is for us to step out of our comfort zones and attempt to change our lives. For all of us it's a challenge. Here at the FAT TO SKINNY reader forum we all pull together to support each other through just such times.

I'm so thankful I found FTS. I not only found a way to lose my weight and stay slim (or at least where I feel best ;) ) I found a way to control my diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, heartburn.....gosh I could go on Ha! I've dropped over nine different meds I was taking and feel better than I have in years ;D Thanks Doug, Umpa and the whole FTS family....you guys are the best!
