Crustless Bacon and Cheese Quiche-Yum
« on: August 29, 2010, 02:20:22 PM »
Hubby made this for me for breakfast today.  We used heavy whipping cream instead of sour cream.  He also made some individual servings and mixed in some Old Bay in the egg mixture and poured into small oven safe bowls or ramekins which turned out very good.

Yikes! Note to self to be careful with abbreviated words. Umpa, that is a bad feeling to have food poisoning. Bet Doug felt bad too!

Hi Izzet,
I made this last night and it was YUMMY!!!   I was out of bacon, so I browned some sausage and used it as a substitute.  Thanks for sharing this recipe!!
