How has everyone been? Well Ive been low carbing and exercising. Ive lost 55 lbs in the last 9 months. Im.good with that. I decided to have correction surgery on a stomach stapling surgery I had over 16 yrs. It was giving difficulty. Im doing so well now. Anyways I wanted to say hi and hope to be more involved

Thanks Tony.. Ive missed being on.. Ive been meaning to come back on and then I get carried away with other things.. Until Doug wrote me on FB.. I listen to a man with a gun range.. lol  ;D

Hi Umpa.  Yes we are still in Miami. Well technically we live in the beach. It would be nicer if we were retired. Lol. Missed you guys. Love the hype about Doug's range. I have miced emotions but since I feel Doug is responsible, I'm ok with it. If it was someone I didnt know it would be different. Not everyone is like Doug. If only. Love u guys.
