Jicama doesn't mash well but it can replace potatoes for anything else. Most people that don't like the cauliflower mashed potatoes like them once they add their favorite baked potatoe toppings :)

I am trying them again tonight got your book in the kitchen. Plus I got a food processer so that I can smash them up better . Laast time they seemed  to be to watery /runny .
It is gonna be meatloaf mashed potatoes with a little gravy and I should be happy.

You know I love to cook, but I have never, ever made a meatloaf and cannot find a good recipe for one.
Any help would be appreciated!

Is there such a thing as low-carb gravy?

Linda

Mine was delish & Doug I did the cauli potatoes right & I have found a new best food . Linda  I made meatloaf ,cauli mashed potatoes very very good .
1/2 cup of porkrinds
2 eggs
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1/4 cup onions
2-3 lbs hamburger meat
splash of Dales sauce
Bake at 350 for 1 hour then cut lines across to see if ready the you kinda just have to watch it if you have to put it back in .
