Title: Spicy Blackened Fish n Veggies...delish!

If you've never tried blackened fish your in for a real treat with this simple recipe  ::) This recipe creates smoke so I usually cook it in a very hot cast iron skillet inside my preheated grill. If you cook this indoors be sure to open all the windows and have you fan on high.


Spicy Blackened Fish n Veggies...delish!

Ingredients

Filet of any white mild fish
Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blend Blackened Fish Seasoning
1/2 stick salted butter
Chopped mixed low carb veggies
Salt and Pepper

Directions

1- Heat your skillet to medium heat and melt 1/3rd of your butter.
2- Saute the veggies. salt and pepper them and set aside.
3- Crank the heat up on the skillet to high.
4- Generously coat both sides of the fish with Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Magic Seasoning Blend Blackened Fish Seasoning
5- Place the rest of the butter in the hot skillet.
6- When the butter is entirely melted and the pan is starting to smoke place the fish into the pan
7- Cook the fish for 3 or 4 minutes per side or until the fish starts to flake.
8- Plate and serve

I love blackened fish!!! :) :) :)

Looks lovely. Also in addition to a nice healthy another thing I am trying to follow is portion control. Over eating healthy food also will not be healthy.
