Just finished a wonderful version of your pizza, Gary... I laid thin strips of cheese in the pan (too lazy to shred it) and layered on thin strips of Parmesan.  Fried it on both sides, put it on paper towels to blot off excess oil then used the pizza cutter to make triangles... dipped them in 2 tablespoons of salsa.  1 carb is all and very satisfying!

I just ate a Gary pizza, too! Mine had little tiny pieces of pepperoni, some tomato, green onion, and white onion (not much). Yummy!    I also made the sunflower crackers today and they were a hit with my family.

So, went to the store yesterday to get block cheeses with 0 carbs.  But every block I picked up still had 1g carbs per 1 oz serving.

Katary/all--are there any national brands of block cheese that you buy that have 0 carbs?  I love cheese and eat a lot of it but I certainly don't want to waste my precious carbs on it if I don't really have to.

i just buy the kroger brand or ask them to slice me a hunk off at the deli:) they both say 0 carbs here in ky:)

Haha who doesn't love KY?!  I've had many a good times at Churchill Downs.

I used to live in Cinci area and I really wish we had Kroger in Chicago...
