Grilled ham and cheese

I needed something quick and easy to eat tonight, so I grabbed a low carb tortilla, two pieces of thick ham, and some grated sharp cheddar. I heated the ham first, then put the tortilla in the pan and removed the ham. I warmed it on one side, then put the ham on 1/2 of it so I could fold it over, like a soft taco. I added the cheese, folded it and VOILA.....grilled ham and cheese.... yummy....  I think it would also be good with a touch of mayo on it next time.

I grill my tortillas til they're crunchy and brown. Yummy!

I want to do that sometime, but this time, I just grilled it long enough to warm it up and to melt the cheese (worms).
