Hi Kumaswed unfortunately I believe the bakery book and the carb counter is only available as an e book at this time.  I'm sure Doug or Umpa will be along soon to offer some help in explaining how to down load them.  In the mean time there are some wonderful recipes listed on the forum.  We sure love to eat around here  ;)  I'm betting it won't be long and you will be feeling so much better with your diabetes.  It took me a short time to level my blood sugar and was able to come off of all my meds.  Hang in there you will do great.  If you have any questions or need any help just ask  :)  You will quickly find that there are lots of great folk around here that love to encourage and help in any way they can  ;D

Suzanne,
Order the books and print the pdf files.  You can take them to a copy store and have them comb-bind them for you or punch holes and put them in a three ring binder.  Voila!  Books.

Welcome to the FTS family and your 4th day with FTS, kumaswed!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

As a former type II diabetic, I can tell you most assuredly that you've found the answer to reversing that awful disease.

When I started FTS, I was not only diabetic, but also had high blood pressure and cholesterol problems.
After a few months, these conditions were no more for me! :)

If you commit yourself to the FTS lifestyle, and seek us for support, diabetes will be no more than a memory for you too! ;D

Hi Kumaswed, welcome to the family :) Don't be skittish about the ebooks, they have a 100% money back guarantee...I love them personally. You can print single pages to bring into the kitchen or to the store for a grocery list. You can increase the size of the print for our old tired eyes :) The pictures are all bright and vivid and the recipes are delicious!

Posting is simple here, start any topic you wish and have at it...very simple  8)

These are the covers for the Bakery and for the latest cokbook  8)

Welcome Halfmoon and Kumaswed.  This truly is a GREAT forum with loads of recipes and wonderful people guiding you along the way and VERY supportive.  There are times I am not on the forum for quite a while due to busy schedule and no internet at home.  So, I just recently saw that you both were new and wanted to greet you with a hearty hello!

Also, Kim, the chicken patties sound wonderful and have downloaded your recipe along with Doug's dill mayo recipe.  Will be trying these out shortly.
